What is the least expensive Grow Light to use?

I have been looking around for the best inexpensive grow light but it is sort of confusing which I should get.

You could use a fluorescent type lamp (might be the cheapest way to go), but plants seem to do best with either high intensity discharge types or light emitting diodes (LED). Both HID and LED are more expensive up front, but the LED type uses a tiny amount of power and lasts thousands of hours so in the end you wind up saving money. I bought an LED panel through http://www.grow-lights-led.com and they have all types of Grow Lights you can compare and find the type that suits your needs. Might be worth checking out.

If we get the discipling part right then the church will grow and the church can become wide AND deep, giving life and refreshment instead of only disappointment and frustration. This book aims to explain what discipleship is and give practical guidelines for discipling others. I feel compelled to write it because few seem to have been discipled themselves and good books on the topic seem surprisingly scarce. I was one of those who had to learn everything by trial and error. This book is the kind that I was looking for but didn’t find.
